Wow!  10,000 hits in the last three months!   Thank you to all of my regular and first time readers.  I appreciate your interest in Looking Toward Portugal, especially the several  "Dispatches from Maine" which I have been posting since the beginning of July.  Regretfully, I am returning from this edge of America to my regular edge this weekend.  But I look forward to my return to Maine next summer.  So stay tuned for more postings in the coming weeks.  I will be posting several "Postcards from the Western Edge" in November as I travel throughout Arizona and California.
